Stages of Development

1^st stage - development and implementation of technical specifications for the processing lines of various recycling capacity using shock-wave disintegration technology, designed for all different types of passenger and truck tyres. Company trademark registration for the entrance to the Russian and international markets with products and equipment of engineering Company “Novotex”. Done!

2^nd stage - preparation of the local production site for the first tyre recycling plant construction. Done!

3^d stage - construction of the first tyre recycling plant and organization of necessary infrastructure for its production activity. Launched into commercial operation in 2006!

4^th stage - technology and equipment modernization and upgrading, replication of the EXPLOTEX plants using shock-wave disintegration technology. The entrance to the international markets and set up of a highly effective scrap tyre recycling production network.
